Free calls and audits
Free discovery calls and audits can be cancelled or moved at any time — just message us.
Monthly services
Monthly services can be cancelled with written notice before the next billing date. The current paid month is completed and is not refunded. Advertising spend already paid to Google, Meta, TikTok or other platforms cannot be refunded by us.
One-off projects (websites, systems, shoots)
If you cancel before work starts, we refund what you paid less any third-party costs already incurred (for example domains, software subscriptions or bookings made for you). After work has started, payments for completed milestones are not refundable; we deliver the work completed up to the cancellation date.
Video and photo shoots
Shoots moved or cancelled at least 48 hours before the start time can be rescheduled free of charge. Later cancellations may be charged for crew, location or equipment already booked.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method within 14 working days.
